Meeting Support
SciCentric provides logistical support for scientific and peer review meetings. Our staff is acutely aware of the demands placed on scientists; therefore, we facilitate all arrangements to enable participants to focus on their scientific duties rather than logistics. Services include: arranging for meeting and sleeping accommodations; ensuring that technical and audiovisual equipment is set up and working; making travel reservations that meet each participant’s individual requirements; and reimbursement of approved expenses and honorarium payments, when applicable.
For all meetings, SciCentric has staff on call 24 hours a day, and appropriate staff, including IT personnel, on-site during all meeting hours. We ensure that in all meeting arrangements, from travel, to meals, to hotel accommodations, the client gets the best value for its money and that all government per diem rates are met.
